Shake Well Before Using

Take up to 30 drops in 2 oz. of water or non acidic juice, two to three times per day.

Possible Side Effects, Precautions, Cautions: The herb can stimulate uterine contractions, avoid during pregnancy. Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner

Coadministration of European vervain tea and iron-fortified bread reduced absorption of the iron (Hurrell et al. 1999).
